Lotus Renault GP
Lotus Renault GP is the formula one team created by the partnership between Genii Capital and Group Lotus plc along with the continued support of Renault as a supplier of the engines, technological & engineering expertise, and is the successor to the Renault F1 Team.
The 2011 Lotus Renault GP car, the R31, has seen a return to the iconic black and gold colours used when Lotus and Renault previously joined forces in the 1980s.
Drivers for the team currently include Vitaly Petrov, Robert Kubica, Bruno Senna and Romain Grosjean.
Johnson Health Tech UK/Matrix Fitness is an official partner to the Lotus Renault GP Human Performance Centre; the fitness centre for staff and drivers where regular fitness testing is carried out, and where staff can train in a state-of-the-art gym, equipped with the latest range of Matrix Fitness equipment.
‘Matrix Fitness equipment continues to excel itself with its creative ergonomic designs which have helped to improve all aspects of fitness of our staff. Our drivers are inspired to exercise in such a beautiful environment and it makes exercising such a pleasurable experience. They particularly like the Krankcycle and the variety of the Functional Trainer to complement their exercise routines. One of our Pit Crew has lost more than 12 kgs in weight by using the Matrix equipment and says the quality of the build on all equipment and ease of use have helped make it easier for him to achieve his fitness objectives and goals.'
